Welcome to your new Toluna experience. Toluna is a community that is dedicated to making your voice heard. As a member, you must have a ton of questions! This post is designed to cover all the basics for you.
Surveys: What are they?
Surveys are created by our partners who are mostly research companies. Most of the time our surveys and questionnaires will last between 15 and 20 minutes, and your participation will be rewarded on the duration of the survey. The purpose of our surveys is to collect your opinions about the products and services of large consumer brands, and your opinion will have a direct impact on these companies and how they market and distribute new products and services to consumers like you. You can access these surveys in the Survey Center or via an invitation sent to you by email.
How should I begin?
There are several activities we recommend you start with:
Profile and account settings: update your profile pic, personal information and your account settings by clicking here; you can access these settings from the “Account” section of the navigation bar at any time.
Profile Surveys: These are worth a few hundred points each, which will give you a nice start to receiving your first reward.
** Insider Tip ** Fill in your profile surveys and you will have a greater chance of being selected for specific surveys.
