PayPal will be deactivated on 1^st March as we are in the process of increasing the points threshold with 5 000 points in each country, while keeping the same cash value.

The reason behind this are the fixed costs associated with each transaction. For years, Toluna has been paying this fee but with PayPal’s increasing popularity this has become unsustainable. The 5 000 points increase is to cover these fees.

All pending requests from February will be processed as soon as possible by the Finance Team and PayPal will be available again (with the new points threshold) by 15^th March.
